She has the Transformers: Prime Arcee body shape but is a Decepticon and yes, Decepticons can have blue eyes. She is a Decepticon assassin created by Shockwave along with her sister Scarlet. She has broken into the Autobot base to put Teletran-1 out of commission and kill Optimus prime and any other Autobot leaders if possible. But as she enters the base, Rapmachine sees her and stops her! He challenges her to a rap battle to distract her to give reinforcements time to arrive.
