30 People allowed, 1 will win, stuff happens for no reason, sign-up for CCOC and try to win against 29 others. Open until 27th August or if we don't hit atleast 35 by then the signups will go on until we hit that. All the contestants that Signed-Up will be devied into 2 Groups, Group 1 is Garenteed in (SVVC(2)) Group 2 will be randomly chosen if over 30 total sign-ups, if Group 1 and Group 2 both go over 15 they will both be randomized.
