You might have heard about Climate change. You may be passionate and wanting to help. Yet you may wonder: What is it that I can do? What will anything I do help? Well, here are just a few important things you can do to help stop global warming. ~Climate Change is caused by the increase of Greenhouse gasses in the Atmosphere. I am not talking about some sort of gas from a greenhouse. Greenhouse gasses are gases that is the cause of climate change and Global Warming. Here are some thing that you can do to help stop Climate Change And reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions: ~Don't use Aerosoals. ~Use clean energy sources. (Solar, wind, geothermal) ~Avoid coal and oil and other none clean fuels. No matter what they say, there is no such thing as 'clean coal'. ~Reduce your carbon footprint. (Ride a bike or walk! Cars leave a Carbon footprint.) ~Use low-power LED lights. ~Eat local foods. The trucks used to transport food from place to place leaves a massive carbon footprint. ~Recycle! ~Save energy in your home. ~Plant more trees-they absorb some greenhouse gases! This is one of the biggest things you can do! ~Choose durable over disposable. ~Unplug chargers when not in use. ~Fight Rainforest Deforestation! It has been proven that the deforestation has been contributing to Climate Change massively! ~Conserve water! ~Electric cars! They leave less of a carbon footprint! ~Raise awareness! Share this with other people! Do not think: How will my, my lone actions, help stop Climate Change? That is how we end up in these situations. Every persons actions to help DO make a difference. I have not stated 'prevented' Climate change anywhere, for, Climate Change is happening now. It is to late to prevent it. Now, we need to stop it.
