Despite drafting in Tevania ending, and most of the population being allowed to return to their normal jobs, Tevania is a VERY nationalistic country, and thus, a large amount of people chose not to. Tevania is now slightly above Neo-Voidia in power level. Combined with the fact that many troops are still stationed at the border from the last war, Whirlwindian troops suffer heavy losses. Tevanian boats also start to travel to the Whirlwindian mainland.
