Use the W E R T keys to furn the pill. Use the arrow keys to move the pill and change the options. Press Space to start and S to exit the menu. Because killing the viruses isn't programmed yet, press I to win and N to continue. If you lose, press A to try again and Q to quit. This is obviously not done yet.
Sorry about the menu. It was the best image I could find. The Pill works by cloning itself, so its a little glitchy. Credit to @MarioGamer1 for the title screen.
