No. Scott isn't a fighter. Shame. Just thought it'd be funny to see him standing right there. Laugh. Haha. Yes. This track is in the game. It will appear on either a Scott the Woz stage (Gee, I wonder what it'd be?) or a stage I won't announce any time soon. I'll probably only put one in the game, so Scott's stage is unlikely. Although fun fact, back when assist trophies were being considered, Scott the Woz was considered as a Nintendogs / MissingNo assist where a random Scott the Woz clip appears on screen. It was supposed to be rare so it'd be funny when it shows up. (Just imagine you're playing the game on like a livestream or something and you get "Oh sorry, you caught me in a goose." Gold. Comedy Gold.) But unfortunately Assists are cut in favour of more competitive gameplay and not adding wierd items in wierd quantities.
