Also, credits to myself for the electrical buzz (I have recorded the buzz of a single phase 230 v 50 hz fluorescent tube on a holiday house). Title : IT'S MODDED !!! 2007 KONE EcoDisc MRL Traction Elevator... Brand/Model : KONE/Monospace. Motor : Custom 2nd Generation EcoDisc/MX06. Speed : 1 m/s. Year : 2007. Capacity : 900 Kg or 12 Persons. Type : MRL Traction. Upgraded by KCBL-Ivanov in 2014. Modernized by Hissgruppen in July 2022. Location : Blôrkgatan 3, Falun, Sweden. Other : This one has been modernized because in 2014, KCBL-Ivanov was maintaining the lift and the controller has an detected an error lift and they have replaced the controller because they didn’t know how KONE LCE works !!! But in July 2022, the whole controller and the original VF were burned out and the lift gets modernized by Hissgruppen !!! They have refurbished the car, the inside doors were repainted, the panels were replaced with Blôrk-Hissar’s panels with DMG buttons and they added Blôrk-Hissar’s LCD TFT indicators, they also added their voice, the logic cabinet has been replaced with a new one which contains the original freefall lever, an S3 controller and a Blôrk-Hissar 800 AF VF which is made by Yaskawa (A Japanese VF manufacturer) and the VF drive is connected to the tachometer and the shaft bars which weren’t replaced and it runs efficiently and smoothly (Very quick accelerations and decelerations, semi-intelligent levelling and pre-doors). Also, this VF is designed for modernizing KONE EcoDisc lifts because « AF » means « Axial Flux » and the EcoDisc is an Axial Flux permanent magnet motor. But the fan of this VF is noisy !!! They have also replaced the Safeline phone. Everything else wasn’t changed. And the modernization is generic, but it’s a great modernization, because it’s a reliable and efficient modernization !!! The S3 controller is very simple, so it’s not as good as KONE LCE but it has a easy to use interface, it is well set up and works efficiently (If you press the door close button, it will blink and when the door is fully opened, when the possible levelling was finished and when the possible direction message was said, the door closes and the button stops blinking. It has also pre-doors.) and the VF is also very well set up (Great levelling) but the system until the VF fan runs on full speed before this lift can starts but this VF fan starts and stops very quickly. Also, on the way down, the VF drive is buzzing because the motor makes an effort because the motor lifts up the counterweight while going down and the counterweight is heavier than the cab. On the way up, the motor doesn’t makes this effort because the motor lifts up the car instead of the counterweight. And the buzz is louder than the VF drive fan and this fan is louder than the motor. Also, when the door is opening the door open button lits up until the door starts to close and when the door is closing the door close button lits up until the door re-opens or until the door is fully closed. Also, when the lift slows down, the door open button blinks because the lift will open the door before it’s stops (It’s called « Pre-door » or « Classic levelling »). When the door opens, the door open button stops blinking and it stays lits up.
