Backstory: Juniper was just a pup when their parents died. The family had lived in an alley between 2 buildings in NYC. They ate from the dumpsters and slept in cardboard boxes. One day, a mom and her daughter found the 3 dogs walking along the sidewalk. The daughter had begged the mother for her to take the dogs home. The mother was hesitant at first, but she was convinced. The family of dogs was brought back to the house and were bathed fed and housed for a couple of days until the father came home from a business trip. He worked for an animal testing lab. The mom and daughter were out getting dinner and the father noticed Junipers parents in the livingroom eating, while Juniper stayed in the parents bedroom. The father was confused why there was two random dogs in his house and suddenly, he remembered. His boss had ordered him to bring 2 adult dogs to the lab for testing or he would be fired. The father realised that this was his chance. The dad ran to his room and Juniper ran under the bed. The father grabbed an animal crate and put Junipers parents into it. He brought the crate outside to his car and drove to his expirememt lab. Once they arrived at the lab, the fathers boss, took the crate into a room. The father followed him. Back at the house, the mother and daughter returned home. The daughter tried to find Junipers parents but they were nowhere to be found. The girl started crying when juniper ran out of the bedroom. The daughter yelled in happiness and asked Juniper where their parents went. Juniper only barked and whimpered. The mother decided to call the father. When the mom hung up, she was in tears. The girl asked her mom what was wrong and the mom said that the parents are dead. They were injected with formula for a shampoo brand. They both started crying and Juniper was sitting in shock. Her parents. Dead. Juniper started crying and ran out the door. The mom and girl started yelling and chasing her. The girl and mom had finally given up. Juniper was now all on her own. Sorry this was so long lol but yeah, u prob didn't read this entire thing ;-;
