Hi!!! (Pls read to enter) So uh as you can see by the title. This is a DTA (draw to adopt) If you don't know what a DTA is, its when a person creates some OCS and ppl can come and enter to get them! To enter, the person would have to draw the oc they want. Sometimes, it's first come first serve or which ever drawing of that oc is the best gets to keep the oc!
