Yes, tornadoes can spawn naturally. 7+ clouds is when tornadoes can spawn, 6+ Clouds is when lightning can start, 5+ clouds is when high wind begins, and 4+ clouds is when rain can begin. If you don't want to use survival mode, just run "/item fill" to fill your inventory with 1000 items. And "/storm" to start a potential tornado (THIS GAME DOES NOT SUPPORT MOBILE) Craft items by clicking on them, check how to craft something by looking in "Item craft Recipes" when "Items/info" is open. As you play you will learn how the game works. Clicking up arrow will make your temperature go up in case your cold. Have Fun!
