SCP-096 is a Euclid-class entity known as the Shy Guy. It is around 2.38 meters high, and has long arms, clawlike fingers, pupil-less white eyes, hairless pale skin, and an indestructable skeleton. It is not very smart and seems to suffer from mild malnutrition. 096 normally spends its time pacing or sitting in its containment chamber, a large, seamless box with thick metal walls. However, when someone looks at any part of its face, whether directly, through video, or from a picture, it will enter a state of distress, covering its face with its hands, crying and babbling incoherently. After 1-2 minutes, it will enter the rage state, in which it immediately makes a beeline for the people who looked at its face. Anyone else who sees its face along the way will be killed, and it will not stop until it has killed its intended target or targets. There are only a few SCPs who are capable of defeating 096, including SCP-682, the Hard-To-Destroy Reptile; SCP-106, the Old Man; and SCP-343, God. Here is a list of videos featuring 096.
