Just an old Otis. It's been well maintained, and works great, but will probably be modernized soon. This elevator is located in a random multi-use building known as South St. Tower. The building is home to the once popular but now struggling South St. Mall (Floors 2-5), a hotel (18-24), a rooftop restaurant (R) and countless offices (6-17).
