Instructions

The Kreissenburg Maschinengewehr 57 was an early blackpowder hand-cracked machine gun developed by the Jarrodian Empire, it was noted for its really impressive ability for a continued stream of fire by feeding through a very huge magazine, but suffered from ammo consumption and cost. It was invented and patented by Shawn Kriessenburg in 1855 and later began production under his company the Kreiessenburg Kompani in 1857. It was proposed to the Jarrodian milltary as an effective method to suppress and mow down lines of infantry, and was actually adopted (partially). It was a great gun, it was not like the average hand-cranked machine gun, rather it could be compared to something like a cross between a Reffye or a Gatling gun. The way it worked was by using a large box magazine full of hundreds of paper cartridges arranged in a grid-like pattern, this magazine was cranked to bring it upward through the middle of the gun and it was not walled off in its behind to expose the primers of each paper cartridge. A compartment of spring-loaded needles would move back and forth due to the crank whilst the magazine was strewn upward, setting off the precussion caps rapidly via needle to fire a bullet, basically a needle-fire machine gun. The Kreissenburg machine gun was used, but it was expensive to manufacture due to its very complex inner clockwork mechanism which was not common in guns at the time (1857), its magazine was also a huge part of the problem since it could dump hundreds of paper cartridges which were more expensive then the average ripped minie ball and gunpowder round. It was produced but only in small numbers, and had certain uses trickled throughout the rest of the 1800s until replaced by blowback machine guns.

Description

everyone i didnt animate it you can if you want to the space script is mostly set up with the sfx. if you want to do a fully detailed 100% accurate firing animation then it must be in a burst and the magazine must slowly move upward
