Oh hey Scratch, it's been a minute :) I decided to take a break from coding graphs for my paleontology research to make a fossil hunting game! Thanks to the Jurassic Coast Trust and Mary Anning Museum for fossil info and reference images. I took this photo of the Lyme Regis beach. This game style was inspired by arcade claw machines! Scores are loosely based on rarity, but all fossils are special and valuable in their own way, and your other finds are valuable too... just not for points! In Lyme Regis, you don't actually need a rock hammer to collect many samples–it just makes for a nice icon! This is just the bare bones, and I would love to see remixes! Some ideas: -More localities -Difficulty levels (change odds of finding fossils/number of attempts/amount of time) -More fossils -Animations/improved artwork -Unlimited play mode
