Vistler95.dll is a corrupted windows version, they are based on a corrupted windows whistler beta 1 installation with the windows 95 explorer.exe program, it was corrupted so nothing stopped the program from runnning, the shell was unstable the font was replaced with [][][] brackets as this was a 9x app, after running the app for a hour whistler glitched out and crashed and couldn't startup due to corrupted system files, which resulted in Vistler95.dll being made, they arent hostile but can get mad sometimes they have powers to break the timebomb in windows whistler and nt 5.0 builds if they can detect the timebomb code, which they can detect the code in a vm and real hardware, they were made in 1/23/2032 and they cannot fly unlike windows_ultimate.exr or sonic.exe but he can drive, he drives in a 1998 ford expedition, and he has a 1992 ford E150 to drive people to a safe shelter they use it/its and they/them pronouns as a way to not be in the windows vista community and they are aware they are just a corrupted windows version with no human feelings
