Hello! As you can see, I’m hosting a Design Contest! Now what is this for, you may ask? Well, this isn’t just any design contest. You see, the top ten designs will become selectable avatars in my upcoming RPG, “Liminal”! Feel free to ask any questions regarding the game or the contest. Now, onto the rules! 1. Please use the provided character base. You may slightly edit the lineart. 2. Keep the legs a separate asset from the rest of the body. I won’t disqualify you over this, but it just makes it a bit easier for me when animating the sprites. 3. Do not add accessories or extra features to the character (Hats, wings, etc.) Glasses are allowed as long as they aren’t sunglasses. Try making it simple yet creative. 4. If you plan on changing the species, please ask me before submitting your character. 5. Do not copy other entries. 6. You are allowed unlimited entries. Make all ten for all I care. 7. All entries are due on September 10th, no extensions! 8. Have fun! I really hope this gets entries! As I’ve mentioned before, ten winners will be selected and those designs will become avatars in the game.
“Liminal” is an upcoming adventure RPG made by me. A demo of the game will be released shortly after the contest ends. Art by me. Credit will be given both in-game and in the N&C section to the winners for their designs.
