Even though the Union isn't really recognized, we are still willing to support any country in serious danger; for we are united when it comes to natural disasters (even if enemies are affected by this) We have also sent out half of our research team to the volcano to see what could lower the pressure as well as how high it shoots the debris falling from the sky.
