On April 10th, 2022, @Burgnew_On_A_Laptop thought of an AY-minigame called "Barrel Castle" which would be a spinoff of my AY-minigame "Barrel Extravaganza". The barrels in Barrel Castle would be receiving resprites from their original Barrel Extravaganza counterparts. Although we initially planned for @Burgnew_On_A_Laptop to make these resprites, I somehow forgot about that plan and I made my own a while before he did. When he made his resprites, I was reminded about the plan, but I wanted to change it up a bit to add a bit of teamwork: I'll make new resprites based on BOTH of our initial resprites. So I did that, with some inspiration from the design of New Blue Barrel from RFTK (Race for the Keys, an object show). Also keep in mind that the Barrel Squad will also be receiving resprites by me soon, as Barney Barrel and Featherweight Frankie are going to appear in the initial remix of Barrel Castle. I gotta say, these new barrels look really cool and I hope that @Burgnew_On_A_Laptop thinks the same. Oh yeah, almost forgot, Burgnew will be doing the new barrels that would appear in Barrel Castle based on these resprites of the OG barrels. ===== CONTROLS ===== Use the arrow keys or press the arrow buttons to traverse through the costumes and click/tap anywhere other than the arrow buttons to toggle the comparison between these barrels and the other versions of them. UPDATE 1: @Burgnew_On_A_Laptop plans to reduce some detail from these resprites for the Barrels in Barrel Castle as he feels like this version of them is a little too detailed. UPDATE 2: @Burgnew_On_A_Laptop has finished the simplified redesigns for the barrels and they are in an extra sprite seen in the project. Look for the "EXTRA: Burg's Final Design for the OG Barrel Castle Barrels" sprite to see them.
