2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra Terminator To deserve the name "Terminator", upgrades had to be done. To tolerate the power increase, the powertrain and driveline were tweaked. A cast-iron engine block and stronger connecting rods and pistons were critical to sustain the 8 psi boost from the Eaton supercharger. The Cobra boasted visual and functional improvements including a new front fascia with an integrated spoiler and front brake air ducts, a new rear fascia with a black insert which visually integrated the exhaust pipes, a composite hood with dual functional heat extractors, and newly designed side scoops.
