You can choose a country (that's not already taken), be a rebel of another country, or join another country. (There's a 2-people max.) ----- How to Play ----- 1. Use propaganda to enlarge your military 2. Trade for money. You can also come up with your own ways to make money, like with stocks, for example. 3. Invest in the army, navy, air force, and tech. 10 billion dollars = 1 skill point. Check the stats project for more info. 4. Invade other countries. Make your tactics more detailed to have a higher chance of winning. 5. The goal is to rule the world (with or without allies) ===== RULES ===== ----- Important Rules (you must read these) ----- 1. No power playing. 2. Be realistic. 3. I can de-canonize anything I think is unfair. 4. You start with 100 billion dollars. (You can make your own currency, but it has to be pegged to the dollar.), and you also start with 30k troops. 5. Be respectful. Remember, this (and all) RP's are just like chess. It's just a game, so no insults, please! 6. Once you start a war, you can't stop it unless the other side agrees. 7. More skill points = better tech. Check the country stats project for more info. --- Specific Rules --- 8. Atomic bombs can only be used once in an RP year, hydrogen bomb in 3 RP years, and the antimatter bomb can only be used once in 5 RP years. 9. You can't switch countries, unless you have been defeated (which means that they annexed you or made you a puppet) by another country, OR haven't done anything in your current country yet. 10. You can't annex other countries without anyone's permission, unless the owner of it agrees. This means all AI countries have to be invaded. 11. If you leave the RP, all territory you have will either get transferred to another nation (only if you want; I won't force you to), OR all the countries you have invaded become independent again and free for others to claim. 12. If you can't use Scratch for a while, you can take a break. Just tell me, and until you come back, no countries can attack you. 13. You lose a number of troops per war. (Check the info project for more.) 14. Unions are allowed if both sides consent. The maximum is 3 people. 15. If you get taken over by another country, you can 1. Pick another country and start over, 2. Become a rebel in the country that invaded you, or 3. Join the country that invaded you (this is an exception to the 2-people limit in rule 14). 16. Buying land is allowed. Both sides need to agree on the land and price, and then they complete the transaction! 17. You can rename your country anything you want (within the Community Guidelines, of course) 18. Blitzing is allowed. 19. If you're not active for more than 2 weeks (and you didn't tell me), you will be removed from the roleplay. 20. You lose less troops if your opponent doesn't respond. 21. Have fun!
