Olivia was bitten by Vampire Moni. but right before the effects kicked in, the clouds moved to reveal a full moon. She turned into a werewolf, but also turned into a vampire at the same time. Her werewolf and vampire form ended up fusing together creating a new curse(or whatever you would like to call it).
