There's an abbreviation, starting with O and ending with G. Please don't use it in the comments, as I find the meaning offensive. Thanks! Word count: 6,714 I need to work on my pacing. Things happen too quickly. In my defense, though, I managed to tell what was probably a decent story without coming close to busting the word limit. In 'Pages', Angua discovers that her long-time OC, Honey, is actually a deadpan snarker. All her characters metamorphose into deadpan snarkers the minute they become main characters, but Honey was the last one she was expecting to do that. Originally the thumbnail was dark blue but I changed it because I thought it was really neat how I have three consecutive projects with red thumbnails, and I wanted to continue that trend for a whole row. (No doubt this is how aesthetic profiles develop.) https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/708625472/ for a moodboard containing this character, her two accomplices, and her friend the librarian assistant. Never thought I'd write her a story of her own with her as the actual, y'know, protagonist, but there you go; https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/711480940/ for an unfinished story of mine, about libraries; https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/721081693/ for a skit by me about a business meeting. Angua Musselroe is my Scratch pen name, and also my OC's full name. Music is Joe Hisaishi's score to 'Castle in the Sky'. If I manage to win this, I wouldn't mind seeing drawings of the three main characters as the prize. #constable-angua #angua #writing #shortstory #writingcontest #contestentry #unigirly9 #pages #book #library #librarian #honey #una #margaret
