Drag the ingredients to the burger or to the bin to delete it. For the sauces (the three bottles on top of the shelf) press a button (listed below) to select and de-select the sauces, when they are selected click and hold the mouse pointer.Press these buttons to select/de-select the sauces: Tomato sauce-T BBQ sauce-B Mayo-M
