One day I just felt like finally remixing this project and making a Neon vector out of it (which is something I've been wanting to do for a while), and I finally did it today! I'm really proud of it, and I think it looks pretty good, but all of this couldn't have been done without the help of @NeonScratcher1275. He's the one who made the hat vector (intended for this) and the original base, and he also helped out a ton with applying the hat as well. Huge thanks to him, as well as SEGA for creating Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic 3 & Knuckles, and also Mastered Realm on YT for remastering the prototype tracks.
