please read it all <3 this literally doesn't concern some of you because some of you are really on the ball, and an amazing cast member <3 some of my cast just make me panic... In the last week I've had THREE people do a script before another script which is due first (i.e. S3E14 before S3E13) in the last three or fours weeks it's been FOUR or FIVE people. I'm not going to name names because I don't do that, but the person who I'm talking about here will know who they are because I got pretty much (please don't ask who it is, I won't tell you, it's just an example) so, today I sent S3E12 (yes, 12) reminders. Someone remixed S3E14 TODAY, and they still have S3E12 AND S3E13 to do- LIKE THIS IS THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD? WHAT?! yep, this turned into jess just yelling at the computer screen. Anyways, the point is I'm genuinely starting to get fed up of this. Three and a half weeks ago someone lost their role BECAUSE of this. Whilst I was on the isle of wight they did S3E11, then went out of town before I came back. They hadn't done S3E10 (they also did S3P3 before S2P8 but irrelevant rn), they were out of town until the day after the deadline of S3E10...yet they could've recorded it...if they took the time to look whilst I was at camp. I don't want this to keep happening so I can't express this enough, PLEASE CHECK YOU HAVE NO OTHER SCRIPTS DUE BEFORE IT WHEN RECORDING. The ONLY exception is when a subtitle script is due like a day or two before an episode but I ask you to do the episode first. Do things in ORDER of due date. Like, I just shared a script due in 3 months, don't do that until you're fully up to date otherwise. It stresses me out, and I feel so awkward when someone does this that I'm just like "Um you didn't do S3E13?", so please check, and refrain from doing this <3 it's gotten worse and today was literally the final straw if you read all the way then type "ford is the best" or "the cyclist is the best" or both into the comments :) P.S. the friend that was on vacation hasn't contacted me yet- she said 9 days and today is the 12th day- so I'm really worried, if you're reading this you'll know who you are lol, but I might as well say this cause yeah.
