Thomas in my head-canon was built as an accidental built in May 1913, meant to be No. 100 but because of the constructors losing the plans and having to remember what it looked like, so they had to build another E2 with the right plans. While Thomas is still practically the same as the E2, he had short sidetanks and splashers for no reason, but he was smaller in length which is 46 ft while regular E2s were 52 ft.
