Alright this is ColorSplash (Left) and her other personality (Multiple personality disorder) DarkSplash. As she is trying to control it so she doesn't hurt anyone she loves. It's hard to keep it in so she tries to keep anyone she loves near her to keep her evil side in, love is DarkSplash's only weakness.
