This is not intended to be rude or mean in any shape or way. Here's why this can't be mobile. Cuphead is a game with a lot of controls, and those likely can't be implemented in mobile without making it janky, hard to imput, or covering the screen. Simpler games could be mobile, and I might make a mobile plane fight, but platformer mode is just too complex.
