Note: people have been asking for why this works, so here's what I think: Dividing by 0 gives out the answer 'Infinity'. Any number instead of 1 will work as they all gives out the answer 'Infinity'. Putting 'Infinity' into the color effect may glitch out the color, which removes the color from the costume and only brightness and saturation, which is, black and white. Scratch Cat isn't telling us how it has perfromed the trick (which is right for a magician), and I don't know how 'Infinity' would glitch out the set effect block too.
