Made for Scratch Week, for the theme of Magical Creatures (neighhh). ;D Welcome to the second installment of Musical Mayhem, a rhythm game in scratch! hit notes, increase your score, and become the Music Mayhem Master (this is an official title given to any highscore holder of Music Mayhem). Play the other one here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/718650324/ How to play: It's simple! After pressing the green flag, use the arrows keys WASD, or even swipe on mobile (not recommended) to move up and down. This installment's them is space, so you are a comet, collecting stars! Try to collect as many stars as you can. Also, for a better accuracy, hit them head on rather than with your trail. At the end of the game, you will be presented with four numbers. The percentage of notes you hit and your accuracy are multiplied to create your overall score. The high score is a cloud variable, so if you are a new scratcher, it will not work. Thank you for playing! If you want to make your own, just redo the art and then change the song and the notes. Everything else is just automated.
Please note that, because scratch may lag, the notes will not always be synced. You can use turbowarp if this becomes an issue. ~ This one was extremely hard to make >: Credits: Special thanks to @chillpunk for making the song in this project, titled 'elektra'. (They are underrated, check them out). Thanks to @OxyCatL3 for the 5 year old text engine I found and edited! Also, @vivmsquash for the swipe detector. The little rainbow was a scratch sprite that I edited and added clouds to. Finally, thanks to @frigii for everything else (art, code, etc.) If you have an idea for a new theme, or want a song to be made into another musical mayhem, drop a comment!
