The Green Block, sent from another universe, with overpowered radioactive weapons into a random area in Siberia and took over some Soviet territories with Finland, along with occupying Persia and Slovakia. The Block remains as neutral until their next raid in Czechia and Latvia, along with nearby villages in Sweden. In the Sea of Azov, circled around Crimea and Russia, are 254 boats knowing to defend themselves from Black Scratch Cat and Leveille. Allowing Azerbaijan to claim some Chechnya lands, the Blocks send a non-aggression pact to Azerbaijan, ending in 45 years. For Sweden and Norway, they continue to fortify their borders thinking how weird an alien with radioactive borders can walk through their land, but the block creatures are more focused of the occupied lands and the peace treaty sent to Azerbaijan.
