We desire the complete recognition of UMBRA territories as a country by Dorman Pact Nations 2. UMBRA will become a Federal Republic, with an elected governing body and other mechanisms such as checks and balances to ensure the balance of power. 3. UMBRA shall obtain an internationally recognized air space and waters, and allowance to grow a sizable military according to its population. 4. In the event that any of the requests were denied, UMBRA would seek assistance from Alpha Corporations or the UNOP, provided that foreign nations cannot damage the integrity of the current UMBRA PMC.
