Sorry, I don't know the Mac equivalent of the key combinations. -CloudAlpaca (Also called Medibang Paint) is free. -The character used is named Clef. She's actually one of my favorite OCs, but I haven't used her often. -This took like four hours. To put the music notes into the BG - I drew them in white, clipped them onto the music-visualisation (colored bars) layer, and set them to Overlay. To put the sparkles I drew orange dots, then on another layer used the airbrush on white and Add to make them glow. Hope this tutorial helped! Just covered what I needed to finish this picture.
