HISTORY/CHANGELOG: 7/27/22 - v.1: I released the game! Fun Fact: This is actually the first game in where I implemented the "3D" background script. I mainly tried coding it to see how it looked with the intention of returning to my main way of coding scrolling backgrounds, and it actually turned out great, so I used it. 7/30/22 - v.2: I added the Stealthy skin, which is just a Space B-2. I also added bullet variations, and different sounds. I also added ✨STATS✨ so you can't just choose ships, unlike my other games. 8/2/22 - v.3: I added damage to the stats, finally giving the Bioship 1 some love. 8/3/22 - v.4: I realised that just because the Bioship Species 1 has higher damage than others doesn't mean it has an ability, since with more enemies with more health mean more ships with more damage. So I removed the text that said that was an ability. And since bioships are basically animals with emotions, I decided to give the slimy space mushroom a friend: The Bioship Species 2. A space ASPARAGUS! 8/4/22 - v.5: I added a new alien to the cast: The Martian Warrager! It's really fast and has a lot of health, but gives 5 points when destroyed! To complement it, I added an equally scary (to the alien invaders) ship, the Quiet Shrieker. 8/6/22 - v.5: I added a new ship, called the Juggernaut. It's supposed to be a miniature battleship made to fight the invading aliens, which means it has to have a lot of armor. That means that ships can now have 4 lives, instead of 3. The only other ship to have that ability is the Rocket Shuttle. It also has Triple Fire, which is neat! I also added a new page to the "Help" slideshow, adding information about the abilities. I also added some more details into the story. 8/7/22: To celebrate my birthday, I added the Party Shuttle! It is pretty weak and not a fitting addition to the fleet of war-hardened, tough-as-nails space fighters, but I think I can make an exception. ;) 8/9/22: I added explosions to the game to add a more atmospheric detail to the game, including a non-violent splatter for the Astrocephalomorph. I also added a new ship, the Halcyon Mark 2! 8/10/22: I gave the Kratorian Warbird and the Martian Warrager the ability to shoot, so the game is more than just holding down the spacebar while pointing at an alien. 8/20/22 - v.10: I added the Kratorian Kamikaze Probe, which ended up being too big for the slide in the "Help". Noticing that would be a problem, I added a new slideshow for the game: the Enemy Log! One thing I liked about it was that it gave me room for world building and backstory, which I wanted. I also gave the explosions sounds! I finally added the newest ship to the fleet: The Eagle. It isn't the sequel to the Raider, no matter how much it may seem. 11/14/22 - v.11: I added a story slideshow to this game, which negated the need for a long-winded story section here, which is pretty nice! :) 11/15/22 - v.12: I added a new song here. Not much, but it's alright. Hey, this has more than 100 views! :)
