In 2003, PAGASA Retired multiple names for no reason. I wish that the replacement name (Ramon) was always in use with PAGASA, and Roskas was on the official typhoon naming list, replacing Bilis (2006). Maliksi is fine, but I sometimes mix it up with Malakas.
Roskas means thread, screw thread, bolt, and screw in Tagalog.
