Lore time! So, Envy, in a rare moment of empathy, abolishes the Spirit Code, allowing Devon and Charlie to be with their father in the mortal world. An unfortunate consequence of this is that, when Willow becomes a Spirit again, he's basically allowed to have as many children as he wants. So to spite Envy, Willow basically becomes the Zeus of the Spirit Realm...If you catch my drift... So, 150 years later, we get this guy.
