This artwork is just sad. I'm still sick and 3D Paint wasn't behaving, so the background kinda sucks XD. On the bright side, though, Luigi makes an appearance here! The artwork is kind of small, so if you can't tell what's going on, I'll break it down: Luigi is drifting to enter the "pit stop"-looking area, which has a dash panel and an item box. The blue sparks are for the mini-turbo. He is holding a Red Shell behind him. Bowser is cutting through off-road with a Mushroom. Toad is wasting a Super Horn. Why? Who knows. Those impossible-to-see-cuz-their-so-small shapes back where the road enters the screen are item boxes. Whew! That was a lot of words! Well, now that this is over with, I'm gonna go play Mario Kart.
