Tolong saya takut kecoa :( :( :( But yes, this is the parking elevator and it definitely seen better days. The rated capacity badge is still here. It uses generic arrows. Notice the KONE call button on Level P1 and the outside indicator calls P1 as 1 and 1 as 2.
