Some parts are interactive, some parts aren't. This isn't supposed to be a fully functional Scratch in Scratch, it's just to give you an idea of what I think Scratch might have looked like on an old Macintosh or something. The blocks don't have labels because there is no way I'm filling out a gazillion black-and-white Scratch blocks. :P Maybe I have something to work on in the future, then!
