Hello! So, I was playing in water balloons bc why not and I thought hey, I should draw something with water balloons!! and after that I went on scratch and I saw that somebody I was following made a gift for someone and I thought: I should make a picture with water balloons as a gift for someone I look up to so I thought of Cartooney and I knew I could do both of our bird ocs and so yeah here it is! Took an hour :D
