boom the story here: i was introduced to spiderman at a young age but i always played off that i hated it so i wouldnt be like the others (i was in the 'not like other kids' phase), even when i did really enjoy the movie. i completely forget spiderman exists until 2021, when NWH came out. in a desire to be included, i accepted an invitation from my best friends to see it together, not all that excited. the moment all 3 spidies came together, i was so into the movie and i thought it was so cool that the spiderman i grew up with was still there (somewhat). after that i gave in and became obsessed with marvel (as you can tell), and let me tell you its great to have a shared interest with friends. the last frame is me and my (super super duper simplified) spiderman shirt because yes i own one
