Don’t ruin anything. -3- You can remove the dialogue intro if you want but if you do then that will cause your rate to lose 1.5 points on your rate if its above 1 because removing the dialogue intro is against the rules. -4- If your oc is a recolor of a vector or image than Your rate will lose 2.5 points if your rating is above 2 -5- Rate levels: 0 = Worst oc 1 = Almost Worst Oc 2 = Terrible Oc 3 = Bad Oc 4 = Kind of better than Bad Oc 5 = Average/almost passed 6 = Better than average I guess/neutral/passed 7 = Ok oc/better than neutral 8 = Interesting Oc 9 = Good Oc 10 = Great Oc 11 = Awesome 12 = woah thats MARVELOUS 13 = BETTER THAN MARVELOUS 14 = ALMOST BEST OC 15 = BEST OC -6- Secret rating levels: -25 = worst than worst oc 6.5 = Not Good Oc Or Bad Oc at all 25 = BETTER THAN BEST OCCCCCC AAAAAAAAAAAAA -7- Passing levels: 0-5 = not pass 5.5-15 = pass Your rate will atleast have to be 5.5 or above to pass -8- If you break a single rule once then it will cause your rate to lose 5 points if it’s above 4 points. If you break a single rule three times you will be banned from this rating stand. You will also be added in the rule breakers list. If you promise to not break the rules Ever again then I will unban you. If you broke the rules on accident then I will forgive you and unban you. -9- Recent Updates: Removed solar the numberblock because he was making a rule unfair (he’s fine he’s at his house now).
