I: Every nation involved in this treaty shall defend each other in case of an attacker attacking any of the alliance members. II: Anyone can join this alliance, if at least 2/3 of current members agree to it. This rule only applies if 5 or more nations are in the alliance. If an alliance doesnt reply to a vote offer within 24 hours, they can't vote anymore and the decision is finalized. III: A new alliance, called the EADA (East Asian Defense Alliance), shall be made, and all members of the alliance have to militarily and economically support each other, including the use of each other's territory and resources without question. IV: At least 2% of the annual budget has to go to the military, and at least 3% to fund the alliance members in need.
