Move left & right with the arrow keys. Jump with up arrow. Pay close attention to scrollX, gravity, and velocity variables as Mario runs and jumps.
@dryd3418 - original @MabonBaladevaKain - added a reason for mario to jump and code to ensure that mario can not walk inside of the platform. Also added ice platform and a kind of sliding on the ice.
