I heard the story of Lascaux from John Green's podcast The Anthropocene Reviewed. Hear his telling of a story about Lascaux: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/youtube/YbgnlkJPga4/ Noises edited from Scratch Library Made for the Underground Studio: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/31865836/ Lascaux (discovered partially by the dog Robot) is interconnected underground caves found to contain prehistoric cave paintings from 17,000 years ago. These depicted large animals and also handprints. I added a little bit of animation to bring the art of Lascaux even more to life. Lascaux makes me think about the longevity of human creation and how we continue to be connected to human artistry from more than ten millennia ago. featured by scratch on 8/5/22
