this is frosting, a world class runner and athlete. as the name suggests she is VERY cold. touching her hand would turn you into a popsicle, so she uses gloves to prevent that. even though you cant see it she has frosting in her cup, unlike the other cups she does not have a handle and wears her sneakers all the time.
