this is one of the many "games" published by the infamous phoenix games. it's part of the dalmatians series, and it arguably has the worst-looking cover art that could give the first mega man game's american cover art a run for its money. now that i got the elephant out of the room, this project is allowed to be remixed, and you can ruin this horrendous game in many ways.
this game belongs to its publisher, phoenix games. it was also developed by the code monkeys. forget everything you like about my old dumpster fires of projects, because i made you a nice stress reliever that's better than said dumpster fires!
