----- Instructions ----- 1. Turn on your sound. 2. Press green flag. ----- Explanation ----- In the programming language Python, I wrote a script to retrieve the time stamps of specific words or phrases griffpatch said in this YouTube video: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/youtube/ca4J1x-BZU4/ For this project, I needed about 40 of those clips. Then, in GarageBand, I manually edited out the unnecessary parts and got the right timing, and then put on the instrumental track. In theory, I could do this for any Youtuber and any song! ----- Credits ----- I started something like this a while ago when I saw @Castle_Hippopotamus's https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/525213039/, and then @MonkeyBean2 said something that reminded me to finish this. The song, Never Gonna Give You Up, is by Rick Astley. Thanks to @djpro for the text engine. Thanks to @griffpatch for making his YouTube channel. Finally, thanks to the audio editor GarageBand; I could not have done this without it. ----- Still reading? ----- In the light blue "Cloud Variables" box below the project, click on the "See Data" button to see how long people kept looking at griffpatch after he was done talking. ----- Woah ----- @Castle_Hippopotamus and @PaddlerGames loved this project, and it's on top loved! :O Please check out these underrated Scratchers: @2okrisvadh @MonkeyBean2 @3TheHedgehogCoder3 @Lemnisc8
