Tera's Y Position is set to ScrollBall's Y position. When the ScrollBall moves out of the box, it will go back to Y position '-117'. The Bug: Sometimes when the ScrollBall is placed outside of the box it goes back to Y:-117 as expected.But, Tera is not moving! ScrollBall's Y position is not changed to -117!
