Based on Sparky from Clash Royale. Sparky has very slow move and attack speed but MASSIVE damage. Also, she does splash damage. "Overkill" isn't in her vocabulary. Note that you aren't damaging the same enemy 3 times, the damage number just always appears in the middle.
